June Goals

I’ve decided to make my mini goals public, the last few months I did not do so well with them. I never write them down because they are usually just one or two simple things.
Ladies on other hair blogs that I stalk follow have been doing monthly mini goals for months and it seems to be working for them so I’m inspired to try it this way. Seeing my mini goals on my blog would keep me more accountable. This post is a day late because I had a family emergency but better late than never so without further ado!

§  Avoid buying hair products for this month. Would you believe that today is only the second day of the month and I almost failed this goal already! lol I went to the pharmacy after the doctor visit and grabbed two conditioners on my way to the cashier. Thank god good sense prevailed, I walked out of that pharmacy with an extra pep in my step, I was so proud of me :D

§  Avoid buying any new nail products for this month. This will not include nail polish remover and cotton balls. I have a lot of nail art supplies and nail polishes, some of which I’ve never even used, this will be a good time to change that.

§  Take vitamins every day. I can’t remember the last time took vitamins, if I don’t take all I at least want to take the multi vitamin.

§  Drink at least 60 oz of water per day. Just drinking water regularly will be an accomplishment! J

§  Exercise at least 3 times per week. If I can do just 10-15 minutes of high intensity exercise that will be great, plus I usually drink more water when I’m working out.

Wish me luck with my goals ladies and all the best with your goals also!

I need this so that I can put a dent in my stash, I have conditioners I bought almost a year ago that I haven't even touched yet and like you wrote, having extra money never hurt nobody! :)

    1. Thanks Anonymous, I think it's important that we take vitamins, as much as we try to eat well and on time it don't always happen, life gets in the way sometimes.

  3. Aww, I also write my goals down for the month after seeing it on a couple of other blogs, it really hold you accountable actually! I've just seen in your list is to not but any more nail products, are you one of those people that can do crazy nail art and make me feel jealous? I just did a post on all my manicure fails! Hehe. You should do a post showing how you do your nail art if you're that into it! I'd appreciate it!

    1. Hi Reni J, thanks for stopping by :)

I suck at free hand art but I can handle myself in the other departments. For people like me, things like dotting tools, striping tape, rhinestones, etc. can be your best friend. I would do a post sometime, that would be nice :)
